## Current cases we need to talk on the call

License servers are using too old build

Update the license server on hosts eq-pr-tickl-001 and vr-pr-tickl-001

- 2026-06-07 escalated to Rokos team. **No answer Yet**

Logging level 2 VS 3
|
||
- 2026-06-15 after the call with the customer (Peter, Oleg, Mittal and me from out end) decided to write an email explaining the difference between logging levels 2 and 3. **No answer yet**
|
||
|
||
OMDMon: Log_monitor_generic: /onetick/log/rt_memory_loader.Ice.Consolidated.eq-bm-onet-002.20260618.log
|
||
- 2026-06-18 an unexpected value received from the rt memory loader log. The received value it too big for storing it into int (the aurora is flooded with such alert)
|
||
- 2026-06-19 a follow up message sent
|
||

TechOps Team Update: Welcoming Hovhannes Baghdasaryan
|
||
- 2025-11-29 raise an email to setup access for Hovhannes to Rokos environment
|
||
- 2026-06-19 the last email is from Aida (this is still in progress)
|
||
**NOTE** Hovhannes still has no access to the Rokos environment
|
||

New monitoring package
|
||
- 2026-03-10 Provided new monitoring package to Rokos review
|
||
- 2026-03-26 a follow up email has been sent. **No answer yet**
|
||
